Bryncyn is a secluded traditional hillside cottage with a minimalist & modernist interior, extension & hot tub.
This is a holiday home for people that love minimalism, good architecture, and design. No fuss, no clutter, just clean lines and a wonderful sense of purity.
Your eyes are constantly drawn out to the landscape and the views of the Preseli mountains. Easy access down to the beaches and coast too, as well as attractive local towns and good dining.
Set in a good-sized garden up a private track, this is a minimalist, really 'hard-core' modernist escape. Set in the heart of the hills of Carmarthenshire, yet easily accessed. There are no near neighbours and wide-open country views.

Centrally heated to the ground floor & electric oil-filled radiators upstairs.
No broadband internet but we have found EE mobile network works well enough to stream video
- Cegin Fawr: (up two stairs). Open plan with woodburning stove, modernist sofa (no TV), double day-bed that can be made up as groundfloor bed (standard double) on request.
- Kitchen: (down a step) with huge patio doors to rear patio & tub. Very small fitted kitchen with basic appliances. There is a fridge (with freezer box), cooker and microwave but no dishwasher or washing machine.
- Shower Room: dinner-plate power-shower. Chrome heated towel rail.
- Family Bedroom : A large room across the entire first floor, with Kingsize bed and twin singles
- Cedar hot-tub year round.
- Steeply terraced gardens mostly left to rough grass.
- Plenty of parking.
